The breakfast had a great selection. pool staff was friendly. They had us in stitches with their silly poolside games around 11 o'clock. i was gutted we missed them on the last day.

the breakfast had a good selection of items (i especially liked the fruit).
I encountered some problems . the food was often lukewarm at best. i also heard illness among other guests, concerning. The hotel seemed to downplay these issues.

The staff was very kind and helpful! they tried to assist in every way. The room was spacious. It was cleaned daily. The bed was also comfortable.
The ac was not good, and I could not set the temperature i wanted. Room cards stopped working. I had to go to the reception multiple times. Elevators were slow during busy times, so I had to wait quite a while.

The staff were very friendly from check-in. The rooms were spacious. The restaurant offered a good selection of food options, including a grill with cook-to-order service for omelets and pancakes at breakfast plus grilled fish and meat for dinner. Rooms, the pool, and public areas were immaculate. It was easy to walk to bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach front.
I encountered an issue with one of the lifts, it seemed to have problems.

The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, regardless of language differences. I felt welcomed from reception to cleaning. the room was spacious and always cleaned. the bed was comfortable and it provided a sea view. the pool area was clean and tidy, providing plenty of sunbeds.
the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

the hotel is well located near the beach and offers easy access for those wanting to experience the sea. a bus stop is conveniently located just outside the hotel. it is only a fifteen minute walk to the marina.

the breakfast buffet featured many choices and was tasty. the breakfast buffet was comprehensive and good value. i found a lot of variety in the options provided daily which allowed me to try different things each morning.

the staff were very friendly and discreet, providing excellent service. they were helpful with all queries and concerns. i found everyone i interacted with to be polite and approachable. the hotel kept perfect cleanliness throughout the reception area.
